The Green Mango is a locally famed Thai restaurant in Bardon where the consistant, fresh flavour of the food and impeccable service, is what keeps drawing customers back. Passionate owner/chefs Kim & Leonie Phengrasmy's cook every dish delicately with fresh & seasonal ingredients, prepared on the premises daily, using only cholesterol free oil.
The healthy low fat Thai menu boasts only the freshest of ingredients and with an abundance of gluten free and vegetarian dishes on offer, there is truly something for everyone. Specialities including their 'Beef Salad – grilled slices of lean beef and flavour of Thai salad dressing, red onion, capsicum and served with side salad' are an absolute delight as well as their deliciously aromatic Thai curries; 'your choice of meat cooked in a classical curry sauce with bean, capsicum, bamboo and fresh basil in creamy coconut milk.'
